Are you a recent MBA graduate who is interested in a general management career within the manufacturing industry? Our Leadership Development Program is a structured two-year program for recent MBA graduates that is tailored for each individual with the first year focused on learning HBM portfolio companies and value levers and the second year on specializing in a desired focus area. Our goal is to develop and prepare the Associate for a management role within one of our businesses upon completion of the program.

Our Summer Associate program provides candidates between their first and second year of business school the opportunity to make an immediate impact within a fast-growing investment firm and its portfolio companies. During the 10-week program, you can expect a fast-paced summer experience where you will focus on larger strategic and/or operational projects at one of our portfolio companies. This is an exciting opportunity for you to take the skills you learned in the classroom and apply them in a real-world setting.
