Tax Manager (St. Louis, MO)

HBM has a newly created role within the Finance team that will be responsible for managing the federal and state tax compliance for the enterprise. The Tax Manager will develop and implement tax strategies and will monitor and capitalize on legislative and regulatory tax law developments. This position will also be responsible for acquisition support including tax due diligence and integration. Successful candidates will have a BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 4-6 years’ tax experience in corporate tax or public accounting.

Schafer Industries is a leading producer of high-precision, custom-engineered gears and machined parts for a wide range of applications, as well as transaxles, brake assemblies and other components for off-road vehicles. Schafer Gear Works in Roscoe, IL has a strong history in the Midwest and is positioned for growth. The facility and business are expected to change dramatically over the next few years. The Engineering Manager will play a key leadership role as a technical and thought leader as the company positions for the future. They will have broad responsibilities in managing everything from Product Design, Production Equipment & Tooling Technology, Product Quoting, Operations Support and Technical Mentoring of the team. Successful candidates will have a BS in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering and 10 years of experience within the gear industry.

Mississippi Lime’s Information Technology department is a small and dedicated team of professionals who work very closely with all departments in our organization. The IT Leader will be skilled in business relationship management, application management, manufacturing processes, and back office automation.  They will serve as a trusted advisor to business partners (Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial) to deliver IT services that meet their business priorities.  Successful candidates will have a BS in Information Technology, Engineering or related field and will have 15 years’ experience developing, implementing, or supporting business critical solutions with 7+ years in management role.
