On November 10th, we welcomed our local business colleagues and friends to our new corporate headquarters in the Clayton section of St. Louis for an evening of good conversation, casual music and delicious food. Many local firms were in attendance including JP Morgan, Wells Fargo, E&Y, Fifth Third Bank, RubinBrown LLP, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Moneta Group and BMO Harris Bank, among many others.
Mike DeCola, our CEO, welcomed everyone to the new HBM office space and expressed gratitude for their support since HBM was created in 2012. He provided an overview of HBM’s year and also a snapshot of the firm’s new investment criteria, encouraging guests to consider HBM when speaking with a company that fits within the investment parameters. Mike expressed that St. Louis has a strong business community and that we all should actively consider opportunities to assist one another and the community in general.
Mike – and everyone here at HBM – takes pride in our involvement in the St. Louis community from both a professional and philanthropic perspective and has a keen interest in making the city a recognized center for private equity and investment banking. Along with our local peer group, we will continue to drive momentum forward from both a financial, skilled workforce and cultural perspective.
We genuinely want to thank all of our local friends who have supported us over the years, for joining us at our Fall Fête. We look forward to continuing our relationship with each one of you and for making a meaningful impact in the St. Louis business community.
